EPCOR was chosen as the preferred proponent of the Regina Wastewater Treatment Plant Public Private Partnership based on technical compliance and lowest net present cost to complete the conversion of an existing treatment facility to an expanded biological nutrient removal wastewater treatment plant.
We took over operations in 2014, transitioned the employees and kept the plant operational through the upgrades. We completed construction in 2016 and continue to operate the 30-year contract which ends in 2044. The project was delivered through a turnkey design-build-finance-operate-maintain (DBFOM) contract.

In Texas, the 130 Pipeline distributes water to contracted wholesale customers in central Texas through an 85 kilometer, 30-inch pipeline that carries untreated water from the well field to a termination point near the City of Manor and includes pump stations and storage tanks.
