All Contractors are required to comply with all applicable Occupational Health, Safety and Environment legislation, regulations, codes, standards and mandated requirements, as well as all EPCOR HS&E Requirements for Contractors as the minimum standard for safety compliance. Contractors are required to implement and manage their own HSE programs and to adhere to the most stringent requirements. Depending on the work involved, there may be additional requirements not listed. Please note that meeting these requirements does not prequalify a Contractor for work at EPCOR.
The following information has been established in order to identify the programs, processes, and practices for EPCOR Contractors. A Contractor, for the purposes of this content and unless otherwise specified, refers to a Contractor(s) and a Subcontractor(s).
Response to COVID-19
In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, to ensure a safe work environment for all EPCOR employees, contractors, customers, and the public, all contractors performing work for EPCOR will be required to comply with health screening assessments to determine fitness for work during the pandemic.
