Strategic plan

Every decision made at EPCOR is guided by our strategic plan.

The plan reflects our mission, vision and values, aligning and preparing us to provide clean water and safe, reliable energy, and deliver value for stakeholders, including our shareholder (the City of Edmonton).

Year over year, the constant principles that guide us are to:

The plan is updated each year by EPCOR management and then approved by EPCOR’s Board of Directors.
