Beginning January 1, 2020 EPCOR's irrigation customers will begin receiving monthly irrigation bills. We'll no longer bill you for irrigation services twice a year. Your monthly bill will show the monthly administration fee, the energy charge and the delivery charge for the month based on the charges we receive from your wires service provider, FortisAlberta.
If there is a month where your consumption is zero, your bill will include outstanding balances from your last bill (if there are any) and the administration fee for the month.
Changing to monthly billing will have no influence on your annual charges as it is based on your consumption, rates and delivery charges.
