  2. Confirm your new password
  3. Log in to your new online account

Connect your EPCOR account to your online profile

Once you've set up your My Account profile, simply connect it to your existing EPCOR accounts to start managing services online by selecting "Link an existing account" on the "Account Overview" tab.  

To link an existing account, ensure you have a recent copy of your bill. You'll need your account name exactly as it appears on your bill, and your EPCOR Account number.

You can view accounts associated with your profile on the "Account Overview" tab by clicking the dropdown menu located beside the account number and name. Select "Start services" to link an existing account to your My Account profile.

After signing up for an online account, you will continue to get paper bills unless you sign up for ebill, our online billing option. Learn more about ebill and what you can do with your online account below.

Manage your Harmony account online

With your EPCOR My Account profile, you can manage your online account information—anytime, anywhere. 

With your online profile, you can:

  • View your account statement 
  • Pay your bill
  • Set up electronic billing to receive your monthly bill via email

What you need to sign up for an online profile:

  • Your customer account number (found on your EPCOR bill)
  • The code found on your most recent bill 
  • A valid email address

Customers are free to purchase natural gas services or electricity services from a retailer of their choice. For a list of retailers, visit ucahelps.alberta.ca or call 310-4822 (toll free in Alberta).
