Changing your plan is quick and easy:
If you want to add a service (like bundling electricity with natural gas), click Start and switch services instead!
If your Encor plan is ending soon, we will contact you. We’ll send you a renewal notice by mail or email at least 30 days before your contract ends. It’s your chance to check in and make sure your Encor plan still fits your lifestyle.
You'll notice in the renewal notice that:
Not loving the new plan? No problem. You can change or cancel or change it at any time, penalty free.
If your renewal plan feels right, or you want to make a change, just log into My Account or call us at 310‑4300. Once confirmed, your updated contract will arrive by mail or email.
