Renew your Encor energy plan

If your Encor plan is ending soon, we will contact you.  We’ll send you a renewal notice by mail or email at least 30 days before your contract ends. It’s your chance to check in and make sure your Encor plan still fits your lifestyle.

What to expect with your plan renewal 

You'll notice in the renewal notice that:

• If you're on Chirp green energy, your plan will auto-renew for 2 years at the same green level (15%, 50% or 100%). 
• If you're on a non-green plan, you'll roll into our 2-year fixed rate—our most affordable option!

Not loving the new plan? No problem. You can change or cancel or change it at any time, penalty free.​

How to renew your Encor energy plan

If your renewal plan feels right, or you want to make a change, just log into My Account or call us at 310‑4300. Once confirmed, your updated contract will arrive by mail or email.

Renewing your plan online is the same easy process as changing it:

1. Log into My Account
2. Go to Account Summary on the main Overview page
3. Click the Renew Plan button under your rate info
4. Compare available plans and pick what works best for you.
