If it’s your first bill, or you’ve been paying for years, you have options to pay your bill. You can manually pay it each month, or you can set up automatic payments. Decide which option is best for you.
Depending what type of bill you get from us, there are different payment options.
You can pay your EPCOR water bill using the following methods:
Pre-authorized payments
Log in to My Account to set up automatic payments from your chequing account.
Credit card
Log in to My Account to pay with any major credit card.
Interac e-Transfer
Send an e-transfer to etransfer@epcor.com and include your account number in the memo field.
Send your payment to the following address:

Follow these steps for a quick and easy way to sign up. You can also register by mail by filling out the automatic withdrawal form.
Log into My Account
You can manage your payments when you log in to your online account.
Don’t have an online account? Register now
Go to Account Overview
For bank withdrawals, click Sign Up. For credit card payments, click Credit Card.
If you have multiple accounts, ensure you select the account you are setting up automatic bill payments for.
Select Start
Have your credit card* or banking information with you to complete your automatic payment set up.
*If you choose credit card as your recurring payment method, you'll be transferred to our third-party vendor, KUBRA, to complete your automatic payment set up.
After you sign up, you'll continue to get a bill every month. Automatic withdrawals may not start immediately. You must continue to pay your bill manually until you see paid by automatic withdrawal on your bill.
Each month, on your bill’s due date, your amount owing will be drawn from your chosen method of payment. Sufficient funds must be available when payment is due to avoid an NSF charge.
