How to apply
Our recruiters and hiring managers rely on our online application system to review applications. We don't accept applications via email or in person. Please apply using our online system to ensure that your resume and cover letter is viewed.
Applying for more than one position
Please apply for each position separately as there may be different EPCOR hiring managers for each position. It's also a good practice to customize each resume and cover letter to help the manager understand the relevant experience and skills you can bring to that specific role.
Setting up a profile and job alerts
If there are no current postings within your field, follow these step-by-step instructions on how to create a profile with job alerts to be notified when we post a position that matches your interests.
Cover letter salutations
Resumes are viewed directly by the hiring manager through our online application system. If you would like to put a salutation on your cover letter, you can simply use "Dear Hiring Manager."
Improving your chances to get an interview
We receive many qualified applications and we cannot interview each individual that applies. To ensure you have the best chance at being interviewed, it's important that your cover letter and resume are aligned with the position for which you are applying, and provides evidence of the skills and experience required for that specific role.
Getting contacted for an interview
Due to the large volume of applications, only candidates selected for interviews will be contacted. If you have been selected for an interview, your interviewer will give you an estimate of how long it will be before a decision can be made.
One of the steps you are required to complete when applying for a positions asks "How did you hear about this position?" If you were referred to this position by a current EPCOR employee, select "EPCOR Employee" from the drop-down menu and indicate the reference's name in the "Source Name" box to ensure they get their Referral Reward.
