Our New Employee Orientation gives you the chance to meet other new members of our team and become familiar with EPCOR. We also have a robust onboarding and job-specific orientation that spans the first few days, weeks and months of your employment.
Skill development options
You're just starting out working for EPCOR, and you likely have plans to build your career. We're interested in those plans and may be able to help you get there. You can access a range of courses and programs to develop skills in your trade, dealing with people, change management, project leadership, and much more.
Leadership development programs
If you are joining Team EPCOR in a leadership role, we offer a suite of leadership development programs such as Management Bootcamp.
After-hours personal development program
As a permanent employee, you'll have access to funding to help you achieve a certificate, diploma, or degree. We'll support you in pursuing interests in areas related to your EPCOR career, either for your current role or for a career change within EPCOR.
Early career development
We're proud to make the list for Canada's Top Employers for Young People, year after year. With more than 15 percent of our employees being 30 and under, this is an achievement we're very happy to celebrate.
To support our younger employees, we offer tuition subsidies, co-op opportunities and in-house training, as well as our on-the-job experience programs.
