Next steps

Not sure what to expect when your contract is nearing its expiration date? Whether you choose to keep your current energy products or try something new, find out how easy it can be to renew your contract.

Reviewing your renewal notification

At least 30 days before your contract with us is set to expire, you can expect to receive a renewal notification in the mail or by email. It's a friendly reminder to review your energy plan and decide if it's still the right fit for you.

The notification will outline your default renewal plan based on the current rates and products available. It's important to review the details of your plan in case you'd like to make any changes before it's renewed.

Making changes to your energy plan

If after reviewing your renewal notification you'd like to make changes to your energy plan, it's as easy as giving us a call at 310-4300 or visiting the My Account portal.

Looking to learn more about your options? Our team of energy experts can answer all of your questions, and you can also find information about our current energy product offerings and the differences between fixed and floating rates online.

Renewing your energy plan

When it's right, it's right. If you're feeling good about your default renewal plan, contact us at 310-4300 to confirm and a copy of your new contract will arrive in your inbox or mailbox.
