However, you are still responsible for your bill, even if you have fallen behind. Our team will be happy to assist you and find a payment plan or arrangement that is right for you. 

You can also set up a payment arrangement for up to 3 months online by logging into your
EPCOR account.

Steps to setting up a payment arrangement

  Each month you will need to pay your monthly payment arrangement installment plus any current charges.

  You can pay your past due balance in full at any time to end your payment arrangement by phone.

  Call 1 (800) 383-0834 to use our interactive voice response system and pay your bill with a valid credit card.​
