​Time's Running Out to Refer a Friend

Refer a Friend before March 31, and you both get $50​​

Solidify your friendship and start saving big with the help of Encor by EPCOR. When select Encor customers refer a friend to sign up for a fixed or variable rate power or natural gas plan (either one service or both)​​, the referring customer gets a $50 Virtual Mastercard®️ Prepaid Card​​, and the friend gets $50 off their first bill!

​This offer is available only by forwarding the email you received from Encor to your friends. Once the friend gets it, all they need to do is follow the simple steps:

Click the sign​up link in the email.​

Create an accou​nt in My Account, our acc​​ount management system, and be sure not to navigate away from the page while signing up to be eligible (the promo code is automatically populated).​

After signing up, the new customer will receive a $50 bill credit on the first bill following 30 days of active service. The original Encor customer will receive a $50 Virtual Mastercard®️ Prepaid Card​.​​​

Is there a limit to how many referrals a current customer can complete?
​No, at this time there are no limits to how many referrals can be done by our customers.  They will earn one gift card per completed referral and there is no maximum to the number of referrals they can earn at this time.
Can I refer over the phone?
​This is an online program only, and the referral needs to be completed via the referral email provided.
I'm a new customer. How do I make a referral?
​Referral links will be sent out every two weeks. If you haven't received your referral link within that timeframe, please email encorrewards@epcor.com​
What if I'm already an EPCOR customer?
​If you're an EPCOR customer but not an Encor by EPCOR customer, you can still participate. Simply click the link in your email, log into My Account and follow the prompts.​

I'm with a Rural Electrification Association (REA). How do I sign up?
​Please call our contact center at 310-4300. Press '3' for residential and then press '1' for Encor. An agent will sign you up for Encor services and process your $50 bill credit. To ensure the friend who referred you gets their $50 reward, please forward the referral email to encorrewards@epcor.com with your new account number.
