When you sign up for EPCOR water service in Edmonton, it includes:

Water treatment and delivery to your home.
Wastewater and stormwater collection and treatment.
Garbage collection from your home by the City of Edmonton, and billed through EPCOR.

To set up your new services:

Register for an online account
Select Start or Switch services
Follow the steps

Before you get started, have the following information ready:

New address
Service start date
Contact information

Move your utilities

You can use your existing account and transfer your power, water and gas to your new address in My Account. Make sure to leave 3-5 business days.

Switching services

Current EPCOR customers can easily switch from their regulated electricity service to an Encor competitive plan in My Account. Just Log in and select Start or switch services.

Need a new or upgraded water service connection?

If a new or upgraded water or drainage service connection is required for an infill or renovation, there is a service connection process to follow. Applications are typically submitted by your builder or contractor.
