Water service includes drinking water delivery, wastewater collection and treatment, stormwater services, and garbage collection billed through EPCOR on behalf of the City of Edmonton.

We recommend arranging your services at least 3-5 business days before your move date to help ensure service is ready when you move in.

Depending on your location and service eligibility in Edmonton, you may be able to set up water, electricity and natural gas services. Eligible services can be on one account, with one bill. Water service bills also include wastewater service and City of Edmonton waste collection charges.

If your project requires a new or upgraded water or drainage service connection, your builder or contractor will typically submit the application following EPCOR's service connection process.
