Our contract with Canada Post's epost service ends September 30

If you're using Canada Post's epost™ delivery service, you can switch to our ebill service so you can:

  • Get a monthly email with a summary of your account balance, the payment due date and a link to view your entire bill online
  • Continue to get credit on your bill for going paperless

If you choose not to switch to ebill, you'll get a paper bill in the mail once our contract with Canada Post ends.

How to sign up for ebill

If you already have an online account profile with us:

  1. Log into your account

  2. Sign up for ebill under the "view bills" tab 

If you don't have an online account profile with us:

  1. Sign up for a profile

  2. Link your account number to your profile

  3. Sign up for ebill under the "view bills" tab

Why our contract is ending

Over several years, we've seen a regular decline in the number of customers using Canada Post's epost™ services and an increase in the number of customers choosing the convenience of our ebill service.
