Since December 2021, we have heard from community members on options for protecting the Rossdale and E.L. Smith Water Treatment Plants and integrate flood barriers into your communities as much as possible, while being mindful of costs.

Phase 2 of public engagement was done at the REFINE level. EPCOR sought to consider and reflect public feedback while we make decisions regarding the development of the flood barriers at the water treatment plants. EPCOR will provide feedback on how public input influenced the decision through What We Heard reports.

Indigenous engagement will be ongoing throughout the course of this project.
