Register for an online account

 

Setting up your EPCOR My Account profile is as easy as 1-2-3.

 

Choose your user name and password.

 

Confirm your new password.

 

Log in to your new online account.

 


 

Connecting your EPCOR account to your online profile

​Once you've set up your My Account profile, simply connect it to your existing EPCOR accounts to start managing services online by selecting "Link an existing account" on the "Account Overview" tab.  

To link an existing account, ensure you have a recent copy of your bill. You'll need your account name exactly as it appears on your bill, and your EPCOR Account number.

You can view accounts associated with your profile on the "Account Overview" tab by clicking the dropdown menu located beside the account number and name. Select "Start services" to link an existing account to your My Account profile.

After signing up for an online account, you will continue to get paper bills unless you sign up for ebill, our online billing option. Learn more about ebill and what you can do with your online account below. ​​
