Our billing provider for natural gas customers in the Houston area is experiencing an issue with its server. As a result, the online account management portal is temporarily unavailable. We currently are unable to accept electronic payments online or over the phone, or process AutoPay payments, for your monthly service.

Until this issue is resolved, please send your check by mail using your payment coupon or visit our local office to pay by check or with cash. If you make your monthly payment through your bank using billpay, please continue to do so. We apologize for this temporary inconvenience and we will notify all customers when the full range of payment options is again available.

As well, please note that we are suspending all collections and disconnection activity during this time. We'll provide an update to you when the online account management portal is available.

What do I need to do?

As noted above, until the server issue is resolved, please send your check by mail using your payment coupon or visit our local office to pay by check or with cash. Our office is located at 31830 State Highway 249, Ste. A, Pinehurst, Texas 77362. Regular office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 4 pm.
