How to set up your water service

  1. Call us at 1-800-383-0834:
    We'll need:
    • Your name.
    • Your address where you need new water service.
    • Your phone number.
    • Your preferred start date.
  2. Once we receive your request, we'll work to add your new account to our systems.
  3. On your service start date, a member of our team will visit your home to obtain a starting read.
  4. If there was a previous account holder at your new address, our customer service team will make sure that his or her account is completely disconnected and new service is set up in your name.

How to disconnect your water service

  1. Call us at 1-800-383-0834:
    We'll need:
    • Your name.
    • Your address where you'd like to disconnect service.
    • Your phone number.
    • Your requested service end date.
  2. On your service end date, our team will visit your home to:
    • Take a final read of your meter for accurate billing.
    • Disconnect your service.

Depending on your service district, you may be subject to a fee to set up and/or disconnect your service.
