EPCOR applied in August 2022 with the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) to review and update rates in the Arizona (Agua Fria, Anthem, Mohave, Sun City and Sun City West areas) wastewater, Luke 303 wastewater, and Rio Verde water and wastewater districts. 

In April 2024, the ACC approved new water and wastewater service rates*. These new rates are effective April 1, 2024, and more accurately reflect recent costs to provide safe and reliable service.

As a result of this Decision, the ACC authorized a partial consolidation approach that partially consolidates the rates for the Rio Verde wastewater district to recover cost increases for the Rio Verde wastewater district without having to increase residential rates for services.
