Rio Verde Foothills water rates

Approved customers in the Rio Verde Foothills community receive water service through the EPCOR‑owned standpipe located at 26788 N 176th Street. Rates for this service were reviewed and approved by the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) under Decision No. 79199, and are designed to support safe, reliable delivery of potable water to the community. 

EPCOR bills monthly for the previous month’s usage and your monthly service charge. Your rate depends on the service type you selected during enrollment.

Designed for customers who plan to haul water regularly or work with a water hauler.

Designed for customers who want access but may not need water every month.

Examples based on average community usage of 3,200 gallons per month.

Actual bills may vary based on your usage.

• You’ll see a monthly base charge based on your service type (Full or Standby).  
• Water purchased at the standpipe is billed directly to your EPCOR account. 

• Your hauler will send a separate bill for hauling services.  
• The EPCOR bill and your hauler’s bill are separate and may arrive at different times. 

• You can switch between Full Service and Standby Service once every 13 months my emailing us at mywater@epcor.com. 
• If you’re unsure which option fits your household, we can walk you through it by calling 1‑800‑383‑0834 or sending an email to mywater@epcor.com.

• As an Arizona customer, your bill includes the standard ACC Regulatory Assessment Charge.  
• This charge supports the operations of the Arizona Corporation Commission and the Residential Utility Consumer Office (RUCO). It appears on every EPCOR Arizona account.
