Paying your bill is easy and convenient with Automatic Withdrawal. Have the amount automatically deducted from your bank account or credit card. Sign up for Automatic Withdrawal. 

Through your bank

Most major banks will allow you to pay online or by telephone. Visit your bank's website and follow their directions for setting up online payment.

See a teller or bank machine to make a payment at your bank. You may need your EPCOR account number.

With your credit card

Make a one-time payment or pay with your Visa or MasterCard - just log in to or register for My Account.

Note: If you choose to pay by credit card, there will be a fee of 2.50% of the monthly bill amount applied by our third party vendor for each transaction. This service fee is only applied to customers who choose the credit card payment service. The service fee is set by, and paid to, our third party vendor.

By mail

Payments by cheque or money order can be mailed to EPCOR's office. Please make your cheque or money order payable to "EPCOR Natural Gas L.P."
Your payment, along with the remittance portion at the top of your bill, can be mailed to EPCOR addressed t​o:
