You must contact us before you begin work when:

1. Work is within 3 metres of overhead power lines. Only utility authorized arborists may enter this area.
2. You cannot maintain safe clearance during climbing or rigging.
3. You are unsure of the voltage or whether a line is live. Always assume it is energized.
4. A tree has grown into or is touching power lines.

• Maintain required clearances
• Use proper PPE and electrical safe work practices
• Never prune or remove vegetation that is touching energized lines
• Request locates before digging
• Report hazardous trees that could affect reliability
