Charges for EPCOR service territory (October 1, 2023)

Residential and small commercial customers are billed based on kilowatt-hour (kWh) consumption, using actual meter readings that determine the measured consumption for a period o​f about 30 days. Measured consumption is adjusted by a factor of 1.0710 to determine the billed consumption at the appropriate rate. Large commercial and industrial customers are billed using a combination of both kWh and kW values. To view a detailed price schedule for residential and commercial customers see below.

EPCOR files applications with the Ontario Energy Board for approval of electricity distribution rates. In the event of variance between this webpage and the OEB decision and order, the decision and order will be considered correct.​​
