With a focus on safe and reliable water and wastewater service, and the protection and careful management of our water resources now and for the future, we’re dedicated to the customers and communities we serve.

In September 2021, EPCOR submitted an application to the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) for EPCOR to serve as the water and wastewater service provider for the planned Freedom Farms community, adjacent to EPCOR’s San Tan water and wastewater districts. If approved by the ACC, this will become part of EPCOR’s existing service area and EPCOR will be responsible for providing safe and reliable service to it. 

The ACC has set a telephonic public comment session for the applications for 10 am on March 11, 2022. Read more about the application and hearing.
