How to pay your bill

Online ac​count management portal​

  • Customers who have not already established an online account can use the account number on their bill to set one up.
  • Customers who do not have access to their account number, including San Tan water and wastewater and Texas gas customers, should email mywater@epcor.com (water and wastewater) or myepcorgas@epcor.com (natural gas) or call 1-800-383-0834​ and press 3 or 4 to speak to an agent.

A major provider of global telephony services has experienced a Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) ransomware attack, impacting customer service phone systems across the United States for multiple companies. The following EPCOR services are currently unavailable or limited:

  • Pay-by-phone
  • Calls may be disconnected before reaching EPCOR’s phone system
  • You may receive a busy signal
​EPCOR's in-person customer service locations remain closed due to the COVID pandemic. Water, wastewater and natural gas services remain uninterrupted.​
