Online ac​count management portal​

  • Customers who have not already established an online account can use the account number on their bill to set one up.
  • Customers who do not have access to their account number should email mywater@epcor.com (water and wastewater) or myepcorgas@epcor.com (natural gas) or call 1-800-383-0834​ and press 3 or 4 to speak to an agent.
