At least 30 days before your contract with us is set to expire, you can expect to receive a renewal notification in the mail or by email. It's a friendly reminder to review your energy plan and decide if it's still the right fit for you.
The notification will outline your default renewal plan based on the current rates and products available. It's important to review the details of your plan in case you'd like to make any changes before it's renewed.
If after reviewing your renewal notification you'd like to make changes to your energy plan, it's as easy as giving us a call at
310-4300 or visiting the
My Account portal.
