Is your utility contract nearing its expiration date?

Whether you want to keep your current energy plan or try something new, it's easy to renew your Encor by EPCOR contract. When you use a competitive retailer like Encor for your utility services, you get one convenient monthly bill, options for floating and fixed rates and flexibility to choose a plan that's right for you.

 

 

Review your renewal notification

As an Encor customer, we’ll send you a renewal notification in the mail or by email at least 30 days before your contract with us is set to expire. It's a friendly reminder to review your energy plan to ensure it’s meeting your needs. You'll notice in the renewal notification that if you've selected Chirp green energy, your contract will automatically renew for the following term to our green 5 year fixed rate product but for the same allocation of green electricity you originally selected, whether it was 15%, 50% or 100%. All non-green contracts will renew to our 5 year fixed rate – which is also our most affordable rate. We thought you'd appreciate that! Don't like the term or a fixed plan? No problem. Remember, you can cancel or change it at any time, penalty free.​

The notification will outline your default renewal plan based on our current rates and products. It's important to review the details of your plan in case you'd like to make an​y changes before it's renewed.​

When it's right, it's right. If you're feeling good about your default renewal plan or you want to change your plan, contact us at 310-4300 to confirm and a copy of your new contract will arrive in your inbox or mailbox.

At Encor by EPCOR, we make it easier for you to find an energy plan that meets your needs. Again, if you change your mind, you can switch your utility contracts or cancel any time. Penalty-free.
