Already connected to natural gas

If your business already has a natural gas connection, starting service is easy.

Download and complete the service request form, then email it to us at gasapp@epcor.com to set up your service.

Not connected to natural gas

If your business isn’t connected yet, complete the availability form.

We'll contact you with next steps before anything moves forward.

Finding the right service for your business

Once EPCOR reviews your information, we help determine the natural gas service that best fits your business.

Small/medium businesses

Many small to mid‑sized businesses such as restaurants, retailers, hotels, multi‑residential properties, places of worship, fitness facilities, and similar operations can start service through our standard commercial service.

This option:

Does not require a long‑term contract
Does not change rates by season

Large businesses

Businesses with higher or specialized energy needs may require a custom natural gas service.

This may apply to:

Large commercial facilities
Agricultural or industrial operations
Hospitals or educational institutions
Businesses using more than 150,000 m³ of natural gas per year

Note: If you rent or lease the space where your business operates, we will need confirmation from the property owner before natural gas service can be added.

Connecting to natural gas in 3 simple stages

Stage 1: Check if natural gas is available

Start by confirming whether natural gas can be brought to your property.

Stage 2: Plan your connection

If your location is eligible, we’ll work with you to confirm meter details, review your property, and help prepare your business for natural gas.

Stage 3: Install and start service

Once everything is ready, EPCOR and your HVAC contractor complete the installation and turn on your meter.

Building a new property

Builders and developers can request natural gas service for new construction projects.

EPCOR coordinates directly with builders to support site planning and minimize disruption.
