EPCOR is setting its water utility priorities for the next four years, and you can help shape it! This feedback helps determine the rates we charge and how we operate, maintain, and upgrade our systems. Your input helps to inform both the priorities and the performance targets that the City of Edmonton will ultimately review for approval.
How much do you think about your water: where it comes from, and where it goes after you’ve used it?
We think about it – a lot. Our goal is to be your trusted provider of water services across Edmonton. We make sure clean and safe water is there when you need it. Our networks across Edmonton deliver that water to you from our water treatment plants and then transport it for treatment before returning it to the river.
A lot of this happens behind the scenes, thanks to hundreds of water experts working around the clock, 365 days a year. Whether it’s managing rates, maintaining our systems to keep things running smoothly, or building Edmonton’s resilience to floods and other climate risks, we’re working for you.
All of this takes planning to make sure the water network’s plants, pipes and equipment continue to work well as the city grows and evolves. Your feedback helps us prioritize the work that matters most. Tell us what you want for the future of your award-winning water and wastewater system.
Availabile September 25 – October 23, 2025.
How do you ensure we deliver? The City of Edmonton approves EPCOR’s four-year water plan and sets defined performance targets, using input from Edmonton’s diverse residents, businesses, communities and industries. Shaping EPCOR's water utility priorities starts with you.
