OEB notice of hearing for Norfolk County

PublishedOctober 23, 2024

EPCOR Natural Gas Limited Partnership has applied for a limited certificate of public convenience and necessity for Norfolk County

EPCOR Natural Gas Limited Partnership (EPCOR) is asking the OEB for an order approving a certificate of public convenience and necessity that would grant it the right to construct facilities and supply natural gas at Concession 7 – Lots 2 and 3 (excluding municipal address 220 and 230 8th Concession Road) in Norfolk County. This would extend EPCOR’s existing certificate rights in Norfolk County.

You should know

There are three types of OEB hearings: oral, electronic, and written. EPCOR has requested that the application be heard without a hearing. If you think a hearing is needed, you can write to us to explain why and what type.

During a hearing, we will question the applicant about its application. We will also hear questions and arguments from participants that have registered as Intervenors. After reviewing all the evidence, we will decide whether to approve this application.
