There are a number of ways you can pay your EPCOR bill. Find the one that works best for you and your busy lifestyle.

 

​Automatic withdrawal

Paying your bill is easy and convenient with Automatic Withdrawal. Have the amount automatically deducted from your bank account. Sign up for Automatic Withdrawal.

With a credit card

Use our online credit card payment service powered by Paymentus. You can also make a payment by phone at
1 (877) 789-6183.

Through your bank

Most major banks will allow you to pay online or by telephone. Visit your bank's website and follow their directions for setting up online payments. When paying through online banking, there are multiple EPCOR payee's to choose from. Please select the payee EPCOR Electricity Distribution Ontario Inc. and input the full 10-digit account number, without the dash.

See a teller or bank machine to make a payment at your bank. You may need your EPCOR account number. Please note we do not accept e-transfers.

In person

Please note that the office is open by appointment only. Please call or email ahead for availability.  All forms required are accessible on our website and also available in the forms box, at the front door of the o​ffice.

​We accept payment by cheque and money order made payable to EPCOR Electricity Distribution Ontario Inc. at our EPCOR office at 43 Stewart Road in Collingwood by using the bill payment drop box.​​

Make a one-time payment or pay with your Visa or MasterCard - just log in to or register for My Account.

Note: If you choose to pay by credit card, there will be a fee of 2.50% of the monthly bill amount applied by our third party vendor for each transaction. This service fee is only applied to customers who choose the credit card payment service. The service fee is set by, and paid to, our third party vendor.

By mail

Payments by cheque or money order can be mailed to EPCOR's office. Please make your cheque or money order payable to "EPCOR Natural Gas L.P."
Your payment, along with the remittance portion at the top of your bill, can be mailed to EPCOR addressed t​o:

When you need to pay your bill

  • Bills are issued and payable monthly.
  • Payments are due 20 days after the billing date.
  • Both the billing date and due date are printed on your bill.

Late payments

  • Payments made after the due date will be considered late and 1.5% of the balance outstanding may be added to your account.
  • The account will be charged 1.5% of the then outstanding balance for each billing cycle that there is a balance outstanding.

Through your bank

Pay online or by telephone with services provided by most major banks. Visit your bank’s website and follow their directions for setting up online payment.

Make a payment at your bank through a teller or at a bank machine. Note: Most major banks require your EPCOR account number for payments.

Credit cards

Make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments with your VISA, MasterCard, VISA Debit or MasterCard Debit.

Log in to or register for My Account to set up recurring credit card payments.

Make a one-time payment online or call Customer Care at 310-4300. Make sure you have your EPCOR account number handy.

  A note about paying with your credit card

If you choose to pay by credit card, there will be a small fee applied by our third party vendor, KUBRA. Under the current rate structure approved by the Alberta Utilities Commis​sion, credit card fees would be passed on to all ratepayers, whether they pay by credit card or not. To avoid transferring this fee to all customers, this service fee is only applied to customers who choose the credit card payment service. The service fee is set by, and paid to, our third party vendor and applied as follows:

  • VISA and MasterCard payments have a service fee of 1.75%.
  • VISA Debit and MasterCard Debit card payments have a service fee of 0.75%.​

Note: Please allow two business days for any online transactions to be processed.

Through your bank

Set up EPCOR as a payee/biller. You'll need to provide your EPCOR account number and mailing information on your bill to ensure correct payment.

Note: Service options may vary by bank and there may be a three-to-five day delay in your payment posting to your EPCOR account.

By phone

Call 1-800-383-0834 to use our interactive voice response system and pay your bill with a valid credit card.

By mail
