As part of our Indigenous relations journey at EPCOR, we are committed to developing business relationships with Indigenous-owned businesses, and developing commercial partnerships with Indigenous governments and businesses. We believe these opportunities can be mutually beneficial because economic reconciliation is positive for everyone.
To help us achieve our objective, we are creating an internal database of Indigenous businesses and suppliers that exist and operate in the communities we serve. The creation of an Aboriginal supplier database has been identified as a best practice by the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business.
To be considered an Indigenous business, a firm/business must be at least 51 percent owned and controlled by an Indigenous Nation or peoples.
If your business meets this criteria, we invite you to review and complete our Indigenous Vendor Registration Form and send it to indigenousprocurement@epcor.com.

EPCOR is a member of the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business (CCAB). This database is one of many actions we are undertaking towards a Progressive Aboriginal Relations certification with the CCAB. Progressive Aboriginal Relations (PAR) is an online management and reporting program that supports progressive improvement in Aboriginal relations, and a certification program that confirms corporate performance in Aboriginal relations at the bronze, silver or gold level.
