​Effective October 1, 2018, all new competitive bid opportunities can be accessed through Bids & Tenders. This new online procurement service makes it easier for you to review, register and submit electronic bids for goods, services and ​construction. Bid opportunities may also be posted on government public procurement portals in compliance with trade agreements.
