EPCOR Natural Gas Limited Partnership has applied to the Ontario Energy Board for an order amending its existing Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity for the Township of South-West Oxford to include the Village of Salford. EPCOR Natural Gas Limited Partnership states that the amendment will allow it to construct works to supply natural gas in the Village of Salford.

The Ontario Energy Board is holding a public hearing

The Ontario Energy Board (OEB) will hold a public hearing to consider EPCOR Natural Gas Limited Partnership's requests. At the end of this hearing, the OEB will decide whether to grant EPCOR Natural Gas Limited Partnership's requests.

The OEB is an independent and impartial public agency. It makes decisions that serve the public interest. Its goal is to promote a financially viable and efficient energy sector that provides customers with reliable energy services at a reasonable cost.
