Vacation and time off
You'll start with a minimum of two weeks' vacation in the first year, with some employees eligible for more depending on their position and years of experience.
Personal leave days
All permanent non-union and some union employees get personal leave days to encourage a healthy work/life balance. They also allow employees to attend to personal priorities and appointments.
Scheduled days off
Full-time managers and eligible out-of-scope employees receive one scheduled Friday off per month to promote a healthy work/life balance.
