EPCOR has been proud to provide natural gas to Magnolia, Pinehurst and surrounding communities. We’re excited to share that as of June 3, 2025, your natural gas service is now provided by Pines Gas, a subsidiary of SiEnergy.
EPCOR and Pines Gas are committed to a smooth transition for our customers and there will be no interruption to your safe, reliable natural gas service.
You will receive information about your new service directly from Pines Gas. You can also visit www.pinesgas.com or contact Pines Gas at 1-877-350-7816 or customerservice@pinesgas.com.
As of June 3, your natural gas service is now provided by Pines Gas.
Your final bill from EPCOR was issued May 30 and is due to EPCOR no later than June 20.
If you are enrolled in AutoPay your final payment will be automatically withdrawn on June 20, unless you had previously selected a preferred date. The account portal will remain open until July 2.
You can pay through EPCOR’s online account portal at epcor.com, by mail to the address on your billing statement, over the phone through our automated payment system, or through our mobile app.
Any balance outstanding after July 2 will be transferred to your new Pines Gas account.
EPCOR and Pines Gas are committed to a smooth transition for customers. Pines Gas will send you information about your new account. Customers can begin setting up their online account access via www.pinesgas.com starting June 30.
Your final AutoPay payment to EPCOR will be withdrawn from your bank account on June 20 unless you had previously selected a preferred AutoPay date.
Your account with EPCOR will be removed from our system effective July 2. You may cancel your AutoPay with EPCOR any time prior to that.
