Request to extend service - Agua Fria water and Luke 303 wastewater districts

As the largest private water provider in Arizona, EPCOR delivers water and wastewater service to communities across the state. With a focus on safe and reliable water and wastewater service, and the protection and careful management of our water resources now and for the future, we're dedicated to the customers and communities we serve.

In fall 2020, EPCOR submitted applications to the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) for EPCOR to be the exclusive provider of water and wastewater service for an area of roughly 2,220 acres requesting service, adjacent to EPCOR's Agua Fria water and Luke 303 wastewater districts. If approved by the ACC, this will become part of EPCOR's existing service area and EPCOR will be responsible for providing safe and reliable service to it.
