EPCOR's Arizona Pandemic Relief program extended

With many families and individuals still experiencing financial impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, EPCOR USA (EPCOR) has extended its program to help Arizona customers with monthly bill credits into 2021.

The COVID-19 bill credit program was set up in 2020 for residential customers who have been hospitalized or lost employment due to the pandemic. These customers can receive a $10 discount on monthly water and/or wastewater bills, and those who receive both water and wastewater service from EPCOR can receive discounts for both services for a total discount of $20 per month.

The program is available in all of EPCOR's Arizona service districts, including the newly-acquired San Tan water and wastewater districts.

EPCOR's Director of Customer Operations, Sarah Skaggs, said, "We recognize that recovering from the pandemic is a marathon, not a sprint. Our COVID relief program is easy to access and we're here every day to walk through the process by phone. We encourage anyone who needs a little extra help to get in touch with us."

EPCOR also has payment plans and a low-income discount for customers who may not qualify for the COVID-19 relief program but are having trouble paying their bills – as well as bill discounts for disabled veterans and deployed military members.
