As the largest private water provider in Arizona, EPCOR delivers water and wastewater service to communities across the state. With a focus on safe and reliable water and wastewater service, and the protection and careful management of our water resources now and for the future, we're dedicated to the customers and communities we serve.

In Fall 2020, EPCOR submitted applications to the Arizona Corporation Commission (ACC) for EPCOR to be the exclusive provider of water or wastewater service to individual properties, which had requested service, adjacent to EPCOR's Mohave water, Mohave wastewater, Rio Verde water and Sun City water districts. If approved by the ACC, these individual properties will become part of EPCOR's existing service area for these districts and EPCOR will be responsible for providing safe and reliable service to them.

The ACC has set a hearing to discuss the applications for 10 am on February 4, 2021. Read more about the applications and the hearing.
