No. Like our regulated water and wastewater services, rates for natural gas are regulated and require an application to the Railroad Commission of Texas to be adjusted. You will continue to pay the rates that are in effect today.
Starting in November 2018, your bill will come from EPCOR. You'll receive information about EPCOR's customer care and billing services by mail, walking you through any steps you may need to take during the transition.
Yes. And you'll also have a variety of other convenient ways to pay your bill: online, by mail, in person at our Pinehurst office, by AutoPay, or over the phone at

No, it will stay the same as it is today
If you normally pay with Automatic Withdrawal ("AutoPay"), no action is required from you. Going forward, the payee on your bank statement will read "EPCOR".
Yes, but you'll need to update your payment information to make your payments to EPCOR, not to Hughes Natural Gas.
