New to EPCOR? Here's how to get started.​​​

S​et up your service​

Opening an EPCOR account to get service takes just a few steps. Here's what you need to do.​​​

  1. Call us. We'll need:
    • Your name​
    • Your address where you require new service
    • Your phone nu​​mber
    • Your preferred start date
  2. Once we receive your request, we work internally to add your new account to our systems.
  3. On your service start date, an EPCOR employee will visit your home to obtain a starting read.
  4. If there was a previous account holder at your new address, our customer service team makes sure that his or her account is completely disconnected and new service is set up in your name.​ ​
