Nowhere is the passion for water more deeply felt than here in Bullhead City and along the Colorado River. The debate over Proposition 415 has very high stakes, and we understand how important it is to each person who calls Bullhead City their home.

Our employees feel it, too. They’ve grown up here, and now they are raising their own families along the Colorado. Water has always been central to their lives – as people and as water experts – and we stand behind them as they continue to deliver your water with pride, integrity and care.

That is why we, EPCOR, pledge to you:

  • No consolidation of Bullhead City water rates with anyone else. We will recommend and support the request that Bullhead City rates remain ONLY Bullhead City rates.
  • Double the number of people who can apply for our Low Income, Disabled Veterans and Deployed Service Members assistance programs.
  • Continued investment in infrastructure for safe, reliable water and preservation of our scarce water resources.
  • Ongoing support of community organizations and programs, just like we always have.
  • Local commitment and expertise. Our people have been here from the beginning—Bullhead City is their home.

Our commitment to you has never wavered. And it never will:

  • We will continue to provide safe, reliable water.
  • We will continue to be there in extreme heat and stormy weather, and on holidays, weekends and in the middle of the night. Our top priority – our only priority – is your water.
  • We will continue to maintain the 1,700 hydrants the fire department depends on when emergencies happen.
  • We will continue to improve water mains to provide better fire protection to those who need it.
  • We will continue to be sensitive to those in need and to fully support our Low Income, Disabled Veterans and Deployed Service Member programs, critical assistance not available to the City-run wastewater customers.
  • We will continue to support community organizations doing exceptional things for the City of Bullhead City. From the City’s Splash Bash and the Colorado River Boys and Girls Club’s new playground, to the new water bottle refill station at Mohave High School and the relocation of the historic Lil’ Red Schoolhouse, we’re proud to have provided more than $125,000 in support.

Thank you for putting your trust in our water experts. It's what we value most.
