​About our debt refinancing notice

You may have seen a required public notice describing EPCOR's recent application before the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission to refinance a portion of our long-term debt. Refinancing is a normal, common financial operation for companies like EPCOR. The current action will allow us to take advantage of low interest rates and enhance our ability to provide outstanding, cost-effective services to our customers.
