Customer Care Manager
Amy Matthews has won the National Association of Water Companies’ (NAWC) Living Water Award, a recognition that honors the contributions of exceptional individuals who display commitment to company, colleagues, community and the environment. As a Living Water Award recipient, Matthews represents the best values of the water industry.
“Our customers are at the heart of what we do every day – whether we’re working with someone to set up new service or a customer having a hard time paying their bills has reached out for help, our focus is to ensure that every interaction we have is helpful and solution-oriented,” said Matthews.
With nearly two decades of experience in human resources, her expertise guides EPCOR’s seventeen-member Customer Care team located in Arizona and New Mexico to deliver top-notch service to customers. She directly coordinates those efforts with EPCOR’s team of call center agents to ensure a seamless experience for customers.
“When a customer contacts us, it’s almost always because they need help with something. We’re also customers of utilities, so we see our role as a bridge between the operational side of delivering their service and the service they receive,” Matthews continued.
Matthews and her husband, a retired Air Force Master Sergeant, and three daughters live in Surprise, Arizona.
