Call center hours are changing
Beginning July 1, EPCOR’s Customer Care call center is moving to new hours to serve you better. This will make more resources available when you, our customers, need them most. The new hours are effective in all time zones where EPCOR provides service.
New call center hours
For general service and account questions, customers can reach a live agent by calling 1-800-383-0834 from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Saturdays.
