Requesting Natural Gas Services and Upgrades

​Need help bringing natural gas service to a new development, home or business? If you're a homebuilder, homeowner or business owner in EPCOR's service area, we can help.

Initiating pre-existing gas service

If your property already has a natural gas meter, or you are unsure, please contact our office at (281) 766-1290 to begin setup of your account or transfer of an existing account.

New gas service line and meter installations

For properties requiring a new service and meter installation, please fill out our online application. Applications are processed Monday through Friday.

Please note: As of 2008, meters for new service line installations are installed at the gas stub-out on the side of house or building.

Upgrades and relocations

For pre-existing meter and pressure upgrades or excess-flow-valve installations and meter relocations, you can find additional information and fill out our online request form here.

Customer-owned yard lines
