We are pleased to announce that ownership of Natural Resource Gas Limited (NRG), your local natural gas distribution company, will transfer to EPCOR on November 1, 2017 with the sale approved by the
Ontario Energy Board.

How your bill will change
To make this transition easier for you, your account number and services will remain the same. Going forward your bill will come from EPCOR instead of NRG, and provide you with your consumption history, payment history, and the same payment options. Any balance on your account, credit or debit, will show on the new bill.
If you pay by Automatic Withdrawal Authorization or have
Budget Billing set up, no action is required from you. Your bank statement will show the bill is being paid to EPCOR. All cheques should be addressed to EPCOR and can be mailed to our office. Payments can also be made through your bank, by phone or directly at our office.
