How to Pay Your Bill

Receiving your bill

There will be 4 bills issued per year:

• January
• April
• July
• October
  

Sign up fo​​​​​​r ebilling

To sign up for ebilling, complete the Ebilling Application Form​ and send to the French Creek office, either by email​ or by mail to the address below.​

Payments

There are many ways to pay your bill.

1. By mail: Payment can be mailed to the address below.
   
2. Through your bank: Payments can be made at most banks or by internet and phone banking.
3. In person: We also accept payment by money orders or cheque at our EPCOR office (payable to EPCOR Water West Inc.)
   
4. ​After hours: There is an after hours bill payment Drop Box at our office (no cash, please).
5. Automatic Withdrawal: Makes paying your bill easy and convenient. Have the amount automatically deducted from your bank account. Sign up for our Automatic Withdrawal Authorization plan. 

Post dated cheques are accepted.​​

Automatic Withdrawal ("AutoPay")

Never miss a payment again. With AutoPay, your payment automatically is deducted from your credit card or bank account. There is no setup fee or charge for this service.  

To set up AutoPay, log in to your online account and enter your payment information.

Other payment methods

1. By mail: Payment by check or money order and payment stub should be addressed to EPCOR and mailed to the address below.

2. Through your bank: Payments can be made at most banks or by internet and phone banking. Visit your bank's website and follow the instructions for setting up online payment. Payments can take up to 7 business days to post to your EPCOR account.

3. Online: You can view and/or pay your bill easily online by visiting our online portal.​
   

4. By phone: Payments can be made over the phone at 1-800-383-0834.​
