We are pleased to announce that the ownership of Hughes Natural Gas has transferred to EPCOR.

The Hughes team is still committed to providing the great service you've come to expect only we're now under the EPCOR brand.

About your billing and payment changes

Will my rates change?

​No. Like our regulated water and wastewater services, rates for natural gas are regulated and require an application to the Railroad Commission of Texas to be adjusted. You will continue to pay the rates that are in effect today.

What will happen to my bill?

Starting in November 2018, your bill will come from EPCOR. You'll receive information about EPCOR's customer care and billing services by mail, walking you through any steps you may need to take during the transition.

Will you still take payments at the drop box?

​Yes. And you'll also have a variety of other convenient ways to pay your bill: online, by mail, in person at our Pinehurst office, by AutoPay, or over the phone at 1 (866) 601-3507.

Is there a charge for using credit cards?

​No.

Can I still use online banking?

​Yes, but you'll need to update your payment information to make your payments to EPCOR, not to Hughes Natural Gas.
